In England, a thoughtful music teacher was inspired by a single, powerful moment. He watched one of his students, who lives with cerebral palsy, expertly navigate her electric wheelchair into the classroom. She wasn’t there to play music—yet. But her precise control of her chair gave her teacher an idea: if she can move a joystick, she can move a lever… and if she can move a lever, she can make music.
