We don’t have today off because of the weather (okay, some of us do…) or because we need another day off since the Holidays have passed. We take this day to honor the work done by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and to recommit ourselves to treating one another better, to stop judging each other and to admit that we are all the same–human beings trying to make this world a home. Let’s do the hard work, together.
